HR Onboarding Assistant

Noor Staffing Group is seeking an HR Onboarding Assistant to join our team in Bangladesh. This position will work with our travel nurse division on HR, onboarding and compliance responsibilities. Full fluency in English is required.Our travel nurse division recruits and staffs contract nurses with hospitals across the United States. The HR Onboarding Assistant will assist with the onboarding of new nurses and ensuring that compliance requirements are met for new hires according to client specifications.** Must be able to work New York business hours (9 am to 5:30 pm US Eastern Time, Monday - Friday)**Company Overview:Noor Staffing Group (NSG) is a recruiting company headquartered in New York. Employing professionals across the United States in fields including healthcare, government, professional services, hospitality and more, NSG encompasses all disciplines and regions to meet the challenging and sophisticated employment demands of today's environment.Responsibilities:● Assist US team in onboarding new travel nurses● Coordinate processes for new employee onboarding including verifying credentials, drug testing,references and conducting criminal background checks● Prepare new hire paperwork and compliance requirements● Communicate with new hires via email and phone● Maintain personnel files in accordance to regulation and industry guidelines● Respond professionally to client and agency needs● Run reports to ensure thorough and complete documentation is maintainedQualifications:● Strong command of the English language - writing, speaking and listening● Compassionate and caring attitude and ability to work with various external parties● Proficient computer, data entry and research skills● Excellent organizational skills● Reliable home office and computer setup with seamless internet access● College graduates only, no current students will be considered● Must be able to work US (NY) business hoursCompensation Package:● Monthly salary of $350 USD
