Position: HR Onboarding SpecialistIndustry: FintechWorking Duration: 12 months contractWorking Location: 1, First Avenue, Petaling Jaya, 47800, SelangorWorking Day/Hours: Monday – Friday; 10am – 7pm.Salary: Basic up to RM4,650 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insuranceGet to know the Role: We're seeking an eager Onboarding Coordinator to assist in creating and executing our new hire processes. The ideal candidate should understand the importance of a smooth onboarding experience and be committed to fostering an engaging environment that effectively transitions new hires into their roles. A keen interest in employee engagement and retention strategies is a plus. While no prior experience is required, a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a readiness to contribute are essential.The day-to-day activities: Coordinate with the Onboarding Project Manager to plan and execute a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.Assist in compiling and maintaining onboarding resources and materials.Schedule and coordinate orientation sessions and introductory meetings for new hires.Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, managing tracking records, tracking new hire paperwork, and scheduling new hires' zoom sessions.Collaborate with various departments to ensure all equipment, accounts, and resources are ready for new hires.Provide support in ad hoc tasks as directed by the Onboarding Project Manager.Act as a point of contact for new hires and addressing concerns.Continually look for ways to improve the onboarding process.Maintain projects and organize course documents, to keep all course materials organized and easily accessible.The must haves: 1-2 years of experience with understanding of basic instructional design models and learning theoriesProficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace and comfortable with learning new software or tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to work cross-functionally with Business, Sales team and subject matter experts.A proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong decision-making skills.Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes or changes in the onboarding process.A positive and enthusiastic attitude to foster an engaging onboarding experience for new hires.Ability to navigate learning management systems such as Seismic Learn (lessonly), Cornerstone or MindtickleBasic understanding on development software such as Articulate 360, Storyline, Lectora, etcBasic understanding of Canva & AsanaStrong project management and admin skillsPassion for education and a commitment to making a positive impactIf you are interested to apply, please forward your latest resume to Nursabrina.Zaidi@adecco.com AND staffing@adecco.comSubject: Job Application - HR Onboarding Specialist
