Operational ComplianceFollow a range of mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to therequired quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatoryEmployee Onboarding and OffboardingCarry out a range of onboarding and/or offboarding procedures (for example,obtaining references, conducting background checks, and other basic vettingprocedures) to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely completion.
Employee Relations Case ManagementProvide first-line advice to managers and employees and resolve basicemployee relations issues; refer complex issues, and cases that requireinvestigation, to senior colleagues. Continuous ImprovementContribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work, and generatenew ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.
