Job Description

At D. Catcher, we have been supporting an international fintech in their expansion in Mexico and seeking a talented person with a startup background to join a Human Resources Generalist & Admin role.Responsibilities:Administrative Management and Office Operations:Supervise and manage the overall operation of the local office.Establish and optimize internal administrative processes to ensure continuous operational efficiency.Manage relationships with external suppliers and contractors for essential operational services.Execute basic office budget control and oversee minor purchasing processes (procurement), seeking cost optimization.Human Capital Operations and Personnel Administration:Administer the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while maintaining personnel files and records in compliance with local labor regulations.Monitor and manage attendance control and employee benefits administration.Ensure that internal HR policies are aligned with and comply with applicable labor laws.Support activities related to workplace climate, internal communication, and culture to promote a positive and high-performance work environment.Finance Coordination and Payroll Processing:Coordinate workflows for payment requests, reimbursements, and operational expenses.Supervise and validate payroll processing with the external service provider, ensuring accuracy in calculations and strict compliance with tax and social security obligations.Maintain a solid knowledge of payroll principles, legal contributions, and reporting requirements.Collaborate on basic financial reconciliation tasks and maintenance of accounting records as needed.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources.+3 years of experience in HR functions within a fintech or startup environment.Strong command of payroll fundamentals.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems or basic financial/accounting management tools.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervisionLanguage: Spanish & Fluent EnglishOffer:Gross monthly salary: 35,000 mxnLegal benefits as per Mexican labor law
