In this role, you’ll play a key part in advising and supporting colleagues while working collaboratively with the team to drive continuous improvement across all HR operational functions.Application Deadline December 12, 2025 Department People Employment Type Permanent - Full Time Location London Workplace type Hybrid Compensation £27,675 per year + BenefitsWhat does this role do?As a HR Operations Assistant You Will:Support and advise colleague's throughout their employment lifecycle.Ownership and coordination of the onboarding process, including working closely with the Resourcing Team.Ensure new starter complete and return all relevant documentation.Management of Dogs Trust HRIS, My DT and management of employee records.Upholding GDPR practices to ensure compliance with legal requirements.Be the first point of contact for general queries such as parental leave, sick leave, etc. Please review the job description attached for further details of this role and the skills and experience required. Could this be you?To succeed in this role, you'll have previous experience in an administrative position within HR, along with strong attention to detail, a high level of confidentiality, and excellent organisational skills.You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
