What You Can ExpectWe're looking for a PX Operations Analyst to support our People Experience (HR) operations team, diving efficiency and enhancing user experience across HR Shared Services. This role will focus on implementing process improvements, leveraging technology solutions, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic HR initiatives.This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the future of HR operations through innovative technology solutions and strategic process improvements. The ideal candidate will combine analytical expertise with a passion for enhancing employee experiences through efficient and user-friendly HR processes.About The TeamWe support Zoom’s overall business strategy by supporting the needs of our most important resource, our people. We help teams identify, hire, onboard, develop, reward, and continually improve the employee experience for all.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing current HR processes, policies, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.Maintaining human resources information systems, auditing data quality, and proposing business process improvements and automation.Supporting the implementation of AI-powered tools to automate routine HR tasks and enhance employee self-service capabilities.Documenting and implementing data workflows, process maps, and standard operating procedures.Partnering with stakeholders to understand requirements for report requests, data structures, and reporting limitations.Providing operational support for employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leaves, and compliance verification.Assisting with mass data changes and system updates while maintaining data integrity.Contributing to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of People programs, policies, and procedures, while providing ad-hoc data analysis to support business needs.What We’re Looking ForHold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.3+ years of experience in HR operations or related analytical roles.Demonstrate experience working with HR technologies such as Workday and/or ServiceNow.Display experience with process documentation and improvement methodologies.Utilize automation tools and AI implementation in HR processes.Apply project management methodologies effectively.Understand global HR operations and compliance requirements.Demonstrate experience in a high-growth technology company.Ways of WorkingOur structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
