HR Operations Executive - Onboarding and Workforce Management

Role PurposeThis is a frontline operations role driving the entire pre-onboarding, onboarding, and workforce movement engine for Chennai. You'll operate as the on-ground enforcer ensuring talent readiness, documentation accuracy, and deployment flow without delays. The pace is high, expectations are non-negotiable, and precision is critical.Key Responsibilities Manage pre-onboarding end-to-end: documentation, verifications, compliance, and candidate readiness. Execute a structured, high-quality onboarding experience with zero misses. Track workforce movements daily — bench, deployments, roll-offs — and maintain real-time visibility for leadership. Coordinate closely with Recruitment Ops and Workforce Strategy to accelerate hiring-to-deployment cycles. Drive resource allocation workflows: client assignments, extensions, and internal transitions. Act as the Chennai HR operations point — handling escalations, process gaps, and candidate issues proactively. Maintain discipline across HR processes: inductions, attendance control, asset tracking, and documentation governance. Push stakeholders for faster turnarounds — candidates, recruiters, managers — and ensure timelines are met. Ideal Profile Fast learner with strong execution discipline.
