So, you could be the right person for this role regardless of your age, nationality, religious beliefs, or gender identification.Your role in our shared journey Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by serving as the primary HR contact for employees whilst managing essential HR administrative functions. You will handle staff enquiries, maintain accurate personnel records, coordinate with payroll, and ensure smooth documentation processes for hiring, changes and leaves, supporting our organization’s HR operations.This is a fixed-term position for 6 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 6 months based on performance. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop new skills in a supportive environment.Your Key Responsibilities Will BeMaintain and update employee records and HR documentation in a timely manner.Handle staff enquiries and foster positive relationships with all stakeholders.Process new hire paperwork and coordinate employee onboarding procedures.Liaise with payroll department and external organisations for administrative matters.Support employees with navigating and utilising the HR Portal system.Generate and prepare various HR reports and administrative documents.Manage labour contracts and produce confirmation letters for staff members.You Have The Following SkillsBackground in Human Resources Management or related business disciplines.Strong organisational and time management abilities.Fluency in English and at least one other European language, preferably German, or French.Experience with Microsoft Office applications.Detail-oriented approach with ability to maintain accurate records.Life at ASICS When you join ASICS, you become part of something special.
