We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations & Systems Specialist to support and optimize HR processes across the organisation of one of our clients. This role offers hands-on involvement with SAP-HCM and SuccessFactors, providing an opportunity to become a key contributor to the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain HR data within SAP-HCM and SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Support HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding.Collaborate with HR Business Partners and line managers to implement process improvements.Contribute to HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.Act as a first point of contact for system-related inquiries and operational questions.What We Offer:Exposure to HR operations at a strategic level, beyond transactional administration.Ownership of critical HR systems and processes.Opportunities to shape HR workflows and contribute to process improvement projects.Professional development within HR operations and systems management.Requirements:Experience in HR administration, preferably with SAP-HCM and/or SuccessFactors.Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Fluent in German and English.
