Primary Responsibilities:Coordinate with clients to ensure manpower fulfillment aligns with agreed timelines, quality standards, and budget.Analyze HR trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations to management for better decision-making.Understand client needs and expectations to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to help them enhance performance and achieve targets.Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless coordination and effective service delivery to key clients.Qualifications and Skills:Experience as a project manager or HR manager in an outsourcing company.Leadership skills and the ability to develop and lead a team.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Project Manager, HR Manager, or related HR roles.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong analytical abilities and a deep understanding of related industries.
