Job Description

The target of the role is to successfully support and deliver global projects, especially with a focus on talent development, reporting and analytics.Support the end-to-end execution of global HR projects such as Budgeting, learning & development programs, Analytics, and other special projectsDefine project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and success metrics in alignment with global HR and business strategySupport the global roll-out of HR systems, employee development tools, and digital learning initiatives (e.g., LMS implementation, e-learning content deployment)Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop and deliver global HR projectsManage projects related to organizational effectiveness, culture transformation, change readiness, and team capability buildingSupport the global implementation of performance management frameworks and feedback toolsCollaborate with regional HRBPs, business leaders, and COEs to ensure alignment and adoption of HR initiativesLead communication and change management strategies to promote engagement and long-term impact of programsTrack and report project KPIs and learning impact metrics to ensure continuous improvementConduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes and recommend enhancementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)2+ years of project management experience in HR or a related functionExperience supporting complex, multi-country HR initiativesFirst experience with HR technology implementations (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP)Experience working in a global matrixed organizationProject management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementAbility to work effectively across cultures and time zonesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana)
