HR Project Team - HR Recruiting and Onboarding Lead

The role is part of the team of the HR Employee Services. HR Employee Services is the operational arm of HR focused on delivering efficient, consistent and employee focused support to HR policies and procedures.The role aims to delivery SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules, ensuring seamless hiring and onboarding processes. Responsibilities:Configure recruiting and onboarding modules in line with HR hiring policies and processesTranslate recruitment workflows into system rules, including requisition approvals, offer management, and pre-onboarding tasks.Identify issues, if any and develop alternatives/ options with process owners to ensure match between HR processes and system rules/ parameters to ensure delivering seamless systems workflow that supports the process outcome expected.Develop and execute test scripts for recruiting and onboarding workflows.Document module configurations with version control and for knowledge transfer.Collaborate with HR Talent Acquisition and IT for alignment and testing.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Industrial Engineering or HRAt least 5 – 8 years of HR experience, with focus on Talent Acquisition and OnboardingMinimum of 2- 3 years working with Recruitment systems, preferably with SAP SuccessFactorsExperience in policy translation into system workflows and UAT/test script executionExposure to stakeholder management with recruiters, HRBPs, and hiring managersCandidate must be willing to work onsite daily in Ortigas.
