Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist (primary title for this role; original title: HR Recruiter) — Remote (India).Role & ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles across functions: job briefs, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding handover.Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards (Naukri/Indeed), referrals and advanced Boolean/X‑ray search to build and maintain a high-quality pipeline.Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, design interview scorecards, coordinate interview loops and drive timely hiring decisions.Manage the ATS—maintain candidate records, ensure timely feedback/communication, and optimise workflows for candidate experience.Lead offer management and negotiation, coordinate background checks, and ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and recommend process improvements to reduce hiring cycle times.Skills & QualificationsMust-Have2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS/tech or startup environments.Hands‑on use of Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.Proven sourcing expertise using Boolean and X‑ray search across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers and ability to close mid-senior level roles efficiently.PreferredExperience recruiting engineering, product, or SaaS-specific roles.Familiarity with HRIS, recruitment analytics and candidate relationship management (CRM) practices.Benefits & Culture HighlightsFully remote, India-first hiring with flexible work hours and a focus on work-life balance.Fast-paced, collaborative startup environment with clear growth and learning opportunities.Competitive compensation, performance-linked incentives and professional development support.How to apply: Submit your CV and LinkedIn profile.
