In HR, that means we’re here to make sure that we have the right people at the right time, that most of our promotions come from within and that everyone feels supported, seen, and set up for success.About The RoleAs our HR Responsible, you’ll oversee all HR processes across the business. You’ll handle both daily operations and longer-term initiatives — from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, engagement and development.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, communication, and connection. You’ll work closely with our management team who besides HR consists of Brand Management, Operations, Training and the Founder ensuring that our people and culture grow alongside the company.Recruitment & OnboardingOne of your primary KPI’s is making sure that we at all times have the right people at the right time at our locationsLead recruitment for Young Support, Crew Members, and ManagersManage postings in Teamtailor, screening, phone interviews, and trial shift coordinationCommunicate with managers about staffing needs and trial shiftsHandle onboarding and registration in systems (Planday, Monotree), including ID and visa documentationEnsure smooth candidate communication and a positive experience for all applicantsPlan and execute recruitment days and seasonal hiring eventsEmployee Communication & EngagementKeep our Gasoline Grill app updated: handbooks, news, events, and surveysPlan and execute social eventsSupport managers in keeping teams motivated and informedHR Operations & AdministrationPrepare and update contracts, payroll changes, and career step adjustmentsEnsure all employee documents (tax, bank info, pensions, etc.) are in placeProvide guidance to managers on employee cases, sick leave, and performance issuesConduct or support check-ins, warning letters, and exit processes when neededHelp international employees with necessary paperworkHR Data & ReportingPrepare HR data and reports (sick leave, headcount, turnover, etc.)Conduct pulse surveys and participate in business reviews with managersSupport well-being and engagement initiatives across teamsHR Legal, Policies & DevelopmentCoordinate with HORESTA lawyers on contracts and HR policiesMaintain and update employee handbooks and whistleblower processesWork environment and AMOSupport ongoing projectsWe’re looking for someone who:Has strong communication skills in both English and Danish (our internal language is English but you have to talk, read and write Danish since many official and legal documents demand Danish)Is empathic, structured, and enjoys working with many different peopleIs proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, international environmenthas some experience with recruitment, Danish employment law, or HR coordination What We OfferA full-time position with influence and room to growA chance to shape HR in a fast-growing Danish brand A supportive, down-to-earth team that values humor, trust, and good burgers 🍔An international environment with over 30 nationalitiesA workplace where people and quality always come first
