Job DescriptionHR Senior Officer (Talent Acquisition) is accountable for sourcing and recruiting talents for the key roles within the group companies and all recruitment at City Holdings as per the company SoPs and SLAs. This role will also be supporting internal talent pipelines, promoting company jobsite, and be key in engaging with potential external candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible a full 360 recruitment cycle for critical roles within the group companies and wider team at City HoldingsAdvertise, source and attract talent using company jobsiteMonitor the recruitment requisition and update sourcing progress tracker and run management reportWorking together with recruiting manager to screen, shortlisting and interviewing and selectingWork closely with HR digital team for jobsite developmentManage the job offer including negotiation and administrationArrange exit interview and analysis leaver report in timePlan and conduct the orientation and onboarding for new employeesAnalyze the jobsite traffic and develop strategies to promote the jobsiteEnsure that all job posts are in accordance to the brand standardIdentify and engage with high-potential candidates to build a strong pipeline of talentLiaison with education and related organisation to build potential candidate sourcing pool and pipelineWork closely with Learning & Development team for running and sourcing for early career and leadership training programmesSupport employer branding and employee engagement as and when requireManage and maintain HR service as per the Service level agreement (SLA)Ensure the HR data integrity and keep confidentialityPerform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor depend on the urgent and important needsKey RequirementsBachelor's degree holder and preferable in related educational backgroundMinimum 5 years of professional working experience in Talent Acquisition and RecruitmentProven background of both sourcing and attracting top talents for critical rolesFamiliar with using various HR system and strong communication skills and language skillsImpeccable attention to detail in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment while driving the interview process from start to finishExcellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholder group
