Outstanding development opportunities, knowledge sharing in a global environment and having fun – that’s our culture.Grow with us and join the outstanding team at our office in Budapest, Hungary.What Your New Challenge Will Look LikeActing as the main point of contact for team members and student assistants to support them throughout the whole employment lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboardingTaking care of HRM software processes such as job changes, promotions, organizational changes, working hour adjustments, and compensation updatesManaging contract amendments, absences, and health management in line with local regulations and company policiesProviding benefit consultancy and managing employee anniversaries Supporting payroll-related activities including bonus processing and taxation mattersAnswering HR-related requests and reportingManaging administrative tasks such as pink booklets, medical checks, personal files, sick leave documents, vouchers Assisting our international team members when neededIntroducing current trends and ideas and promoting their implementationWhy you belong at 4flowWe feel confident that you will contribute to the growth of our company with your personality, skills, knowledge, and experienceYou have at least 2 years of practical experience in HR, particularly in people operationsYou have successfully completed your studies in business administration or a related field of study with a focus on human resourcesYour communication skills in English are very good and you are confident with MS Office toolsYou are detail-oriented, proactive, communicative, and open mindedYou appreciate an international environment and a motivated team and like to have fun at work.
