Join us, and get better with every move.We are looking for HR Specialist to join our local HR team in Finland for a one year fixed term contract.Main Objectives Of The Role AreThe HR Specialist ensures HR operations run efficiently and timely, supporting both employee success and organizational goals.HR Specialist to contribute to developing human resources management strategies and processes to enhance organizational effectivenessContribute to the HR team’s efforts to achieve the HR Department’s KPI's.Areas Of ResponsibilityThe HR Specialist supports managers and employees at Ayvens Finland on various People and Culture initiatives to support business. Key responsibilities include managing HR services throughout the employee lifecycle and the annual HR calendar, covering:Talent attraction, recruitment, and onboarding in cooperation with managersEmployer branding activitiesAssisting performance management processes, including Personal Development Plans (PDPs) and objective setting using evaluation toolsPlanning, facilitating, and following up on employee engagement surveysManaging off-boarding processes, including exit interviews and trend analysisSupporting development programs for managers and employees, including competency gap analysisManaging learning activities to ensure continuous employee developmentDocumenting and supporting training and development initiativesDrafting or revising HR policies and the staff handbookProviding HR reporting to headquartersEmployee Events and management of employee benefitsBusiness travellingYou bring our values alive and demonstrate them on the way you work:Authenticity Approach all interactions with honesty and transparency. You would be reporting to HR Director and work closely with our HR team members.The starting salary for this position is €4.000 per month. Additionally, we offer a mobile phone allowance, lunch and recreational benefits, comprehensive occupational health care, and other employee benefits.
