Your MissionThis position is responsible for developing and implementing culture-building initiatives, driving employee engagement, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance workplace.What To ExpectEstablish and implement the strategy and execution plan for a unique and sustainable organizational culture in HMGICS (Hyundai Way), in align with organizational values and strategyChampion employee experience initiatives throughout the entire employee life cycle, ensuring a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplaceCollaborate with leaders and HR to embed cultural principles into policies, processes, and daily practicesManage Voice of Employees channels to diagnose and identify any gaps in relation to the organization culture and develop actionable recommendations and targeted interventions to strengthen workplace cultureDevelop and execute engagement programs, campaigns, and events that strengthen employee connection to the company’s cultureResearch and benchmark best practices of leading multinationals and major local companies to drive continuous improvementsWhat You'll BringBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Organization Behavior or related disciplinesAt least 2 years of experience in organization development, employee engagement or change managementWork experience in large multinationals, ICT or Automotive Industry will be beneficialFacilitation and coaching experience will be beneficial
