CATL is building its second European production base in Debrecen to serve the European market even more efficiently and to develop its international production network.Let's work together for the future of electromobility in Europe!Your key responsibilities will include:Learning & DevelopmentDesign and implement training programs and learning strategies;Coordinate onboarding and support career development initiatives;Assess training needs, manage the L&D budget, and evaluate training effectiveness;Oversee collaboration with vocational schools and universities;Develop competence and performance management systems to support employee growth.Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create job descriptions;Post job ads, source candidates, and build a strong talent pipeline;Conduct interviews, support hiring decisions, and ensure a smooth candidate experience;Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events;Maintain accurate candidate records and prepare recruitment reports.You are the perfect candidate if you obtain:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field;1–3 years of experience in recruitment, L&D, or a similar HR role;Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices;Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LMS, and other HR systems;Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English;Strong organizational and time management abilities;Willingness to work on-site in Debrecen.It’s an advantage if you have the following:Skilled in SAP SF, HCM & LMS;Experience in greenfield investment.What we offer you:Bonus: We reward your work with two annual bonuses;Cafeteria (SZÉP Card): A monthly cafeteria benefit that you can freely use for leisure or cultural expenses;Meal Support: We cover half the cost of one main meal per day – you can choose from both Hungarian and Chinese menus to keep you energized;Commuting Support: Company bus or fuel allowance to ensure a smooth commute every day;Employee Referral Program: You recommend, we pay;Internal Training: We provide in-house training to support your professional development.
