该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities: Recruiting: 1). Work closely with all hiring managers to identify and clarify hourly employees recruiting requirements and schedule, communicate, align and update the hourly employees hire plan. 2). Develop, maintain and promote hourly employees recruiting channels, such as job fair, community, network, Wechat, door-to-door job seeker, dispatch, internal reference, etc, make sure to have enough candidates for screening and interviewing. 3). Organize and follow all the interview process, including notify candidates, introduce company/Salary structure/ work environments, involve the face to face interview, arrange physical examination and follow on-boarding process, to enhance qualified candidates on-boarding rate and on-boarding feeling. 4). Take initiatives to communicate with hiring managers about the recruiting status, provide complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status. 5). Take initiatives to follow all the on boarding process, including new hire welcome, new hire follow up within 3-6 month, movement, work together with Production Supervisor to solve new hire’s problems, etc, to enhance new hire on-boarding feeling and reduce termination rate. 6).Manage hourly employees’ probation period assessment process, including probation assessment reminder, form signature within 3 months, etc, make sure no legal risk happen. 7). Evaluate hourly employees recruiting effectiveness and find the gap for future improvement. 8). Maintain, update and submit hourly HC report to Lear Corporation according to the requirement. Learning: 1). Assist HR Manager to establish company’s training system, includes policies, procedures and standards to meet the organizational business objectives. 2). Closely work with line managers to provide professional training solution for the training needs. 3). Lead the training needs assessment and develop the annual training plan, and follow the annual training plan implement. 4). Implement and optimize new employee orientation program. 5). Evaluate and select internal trainers and improve their training skills. 6). Develop and maintain the training course system. 7). Develop, select and evaluate external training vendors to make sure to have enough training resource to meet organizational requirements. Evaluate the training effectiveness and establish evaluation system, includes reaction, learning, behavior and result evaluation. 9). Lead the production employees’ skill training and maintain the on–job-training matrix. Administer and maintain the training records and documents to meet the IATF quality system’s Requirements. Employee Relationship: 1). Monitor hourly employees’ turnover rate to achieve the yearly turnover target and take action plan, such as exit interview, turnover rate analysis, turnover reason analysis and so on, to enhance employee stability and engagement. 2). Monitor and manage hourly employee exit/resignation process, ensure compliance with policies and procedure and no legal risk. Establish and maintain employee P-file and manage employees’ contract. 4). Other duties assigned HR Manager.Job Qualifications: 1). Education: Bachelor degree with the major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, English, Psychology, Social Science or related field. 2). Work Experience: 5 years or above of full generalist HR background/experience (i.e. recruitment, ER, Training and Development) 3). Knowledge: Recruitment knowledge and selection criteria, Training 4). Skills: Excellent communication skills, Strong Influencing skills 5). Abilities: Strong sourcing ability 6). Individual Characters: Proactive work attitude, team player and able to act with ownership, good work ability under pressure, self01-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, customer oriented and team spirit. 7). Language Requirements: Good English communication skills (Reading and writing). 8). PC Requirements: Good computer skills in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
