Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Handle employee data management and maintain accurate HR records.Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents.Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate attendance and employee data.Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.Coordinate training schedules and maintain employee development records.Assist in handling employee relations and HR inquiries.Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.Support other HR administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, or related field.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Able to work independently and as part of a team.High level of integrity and confidentiality.
