So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.About The JobAs our HR Student Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our HR Business Partners and ensuring a smooth employee journey—from onboarding to organizational development.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeCoordinating HR-related training and projects aligned with our people strategy.Supporting onboarding activities to create a great first impression for new hires.Contributing to internal HR communications and maintaining HR SharePoint pages.Conducting data analysis and handling ad hoc HR and office-related tasks.This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact while working across divisions in the Nordic Sales Company, the Northern Europe Cluster and beyond in the wider Global Sales & Service organization.Who are youYou are proactive, structured, and service-minded, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. You’re naturally curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to reach out to stakeholders to drive things forward.You engage easily with others and build strong working relationships across functions. While you’re a team player, you’re also comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your tasks without needing close supervision.
