Key responsibilitiesAs a Human Resource Support Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:Provide timely, high-quality advice and support in relation to required duties (e.g., human resources, , payroll, rostering).Assist the Senior HR/Business Advisor with the supervisor of support staffProvide support and training to AO3 administrative staffProvide administrative coordination and support in relation to required duties (may include human resource, rostering, quality management).Liaise with internal and external clients and stakeholders in relation to inquiries relevant to the Youth Detention Centre or Remand CentrePlease refer to role profile for full details.What We Are Looking ForWe'll assess your suitability for this role by looking at what you've done previously - the knowledge, skills and experience you've built, your potential for development, and your personal qualities.
