JinkoSolar is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Admin HR Support to manage key administrative and HR tasks in Italy. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience or strong administrative skills looking for flexible work.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update vacation, leave, and absence recordsUpload and track invoices, utility bills, and prepayments in FSSC and SharePointCoordinate with service providers and manage contracts and benefitsSupport HR processes including onboarding, reimbursements, and training logisticsOrganize office logistics such as supplies, maintenance, and safety checksAssist with internal communications, scheduling, and document managementPrepare administrative documents, letters and Docusign requestsLiaise with payroll and legal contacts for HR-related queriesEnsure proper archiving and access to HR and admin documentationIdeal ProfileBased in Italy (Padova or surrounding areas preferred)Previous experience in HR or administrative roles preferredProactive Mindset, srong organizational and time management skillsProficienct in Microsoft Office Fluent in English & Italian Availability to work part-time (flexible hours)What We OfferOpportunity to work in a global renewable energy leaderExposure to international HR operationsSupportive and collaborative team environmentFlexible working arrangements
