HR System Manager-Workday

We are the leading provider in B2B omnichannel commerce for business equipment and are looking for motivated individuals to shape the future of work with us.TAKKT Group are expanding our presence in Budapest, Hungary, to host the new European TAKKT Competence Center (TCC).The TCC will support our European colleagues in streamlining processes, modernizing systems, and driving innovation.Recently switched to Workday. Our global HRIS team leads the strategic configuration and optimization of the system. In this role, you’ll help design efficient HR processes and ensure the system runs smoothly, in close collaboration with HR, IT, and external partners.Tasks and Responsibilities:Manage and configure Workday in accordance with business requirements and best practices.Identify opportunities to optimize the HRIS and implement changes to improve efficiency and user experience.Collaborate with the HR team to define and implement Workday functions and processes.Assist in training HR staff and other stakeholders on the use of Workday.Lead projects for the implementation of new features or integration of the HRIS with other systems.Work with the IT team to resolve technical issues, perform upgrades, and support system integrations.Create reports, analyses, and dashboards from the HRIS to present HR metrics and KPIs, and support HR management in decision-making.Requirements:Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.Proven experience in managing and configuring Workday or a comparable HRIS system.In-depth knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices.Experience in project work and project management.Ability to present complex information clearly and conduct training sessions.Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.Benefits:Work in an innovative, collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.Opportunity to shape the future of integration and automation technologies.Competitive salary and benefits package.Flexible work options to help balance your personal and professional life.SZÉP card with the value of 28k HUFPrivate health insurance after the 3 months probationModern office location with ergonomic workspaces, and an collaborative atmosphereFlexible working hours with a hybrid model requiring 60% office presenceInterested?
