The HR Talent Management role involves handling day-to-day HR tasks, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and engagement activities. The role also includes frequent communication in Japanese and English with local & global stakeholders.QualificationsRecruiting, onboarding, and training skillsCapability in managing performance evaluationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills - fluent in Japanese and EnglishKnowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plusExperience in the entertainment or gaming industry is a plus
