HR Technology OwnershipServe as the global system owner for SAP SuccessFactors, overseeing configuration, permissions, workflows, quarterly releases, and enhancement requests.Manage the broader HR technology landscape (e.g., time management, workforce management tools).Ensure data accuracy, system stability, compliance, and maintain system documentation, process maps, and configuration logs.Leverage AI capabilities to improve efficiency, automation, and overall HR service delivery.Project Management & HR DigitalizationLead the digitalization of HR processes and drive end-to-end HR technology and transformation projects, from planning and requirements gathering to execution and rollout.Coordinate cross-functional project teams and manage stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, Operations, as well as external vendors.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR processes, enhance user experience, and implement new system features or tools.Support & Stakeholder Collaboration Act as a trusted expert to HR business partners, HR operations, and leadership regarding system capabilities and best practices. Provide first- and second-level support, collaborating closely with IT where required. Train HR colleagues and end users on new functionalities, system changes, and tools. Translate HR business needs into clear technical requirements.Data, Reporting & Compliance Oversee data governance, quality, security, and user access management across all HR systems. Support reporting needs and ensure smooth data flow across platforms. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, IT security, and internal data protection standards.Required Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in HRIS management, HR technology, or HR project management.Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (minimum two modules; broader experience a strong plus).Proven track record in leading digital HR or technology projects end-to-end.Solid understanding of core HR processes (Core HR, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, Learning, etc.).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Ability to work independently in a standalone role while managing multiple priorities.Preferred QualificationsExperience with HR data integrations (middleware, API-based integrations, etc.).Familiarity with additional HR tools (ATS, LMS, Workforce Planning, ticketing systems).Experience applying AI or automation tools in HR environments.Personal AttributesProactive, structured, and solution-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of the HR tech landscape.Continuous improvement mindset with strong interest in digital innovation and AI-driven HR optimization.
