As such, we are looking for a HR Transformation Lead on a 12-month Maximum Term Contract to lead and drive the transformation of People and Culture processes, systems and practices.The HR Transformation Lead’s primary focus will be on implementing strategic P&C initiatives, optimising P&C operations, and driving organisational change to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of People and Culture and improve the employee experience.Lead the HR transformation strategy and initiatives, aligning P&C practices with Cuscal’s strategic objectives.You’ll also make an impact by: P&C lead for HR Transformation projects, including the implementation of a HRIS, and review of polices and processesCollaborate with P&C and business leaders to assess current P&C processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practicesDevelop and execute a comprehensive HR transformation road map, incorporating process improvements, system enhancements, and change management strategiesLead for HR transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope and budgetCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute project plans, including resource allocation and risk managementCommunicate transformation goals and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organisationImplement best practice and innovative solutions to streamline P&C operations and improve overall effectivenessOversee implementation of new P&C HRIS system, ensuring it meets organisational needs and drive operational efficiencies Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to gain support and ensure alignment with transformation objectivesGather and incorporate feedback from employees and people leaders to refine and improve transformation effortsQualificationsWhat you’ll bringYou’ve got an inquisitive nature with the ability to see the bigger picture; you’ve got excellent communication skills and a real knack for influencing and negotiating. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven to contribute to a dynamic team.To succeed in this role, you’ll have: 5+ years’ experience in a HR leadership roleExperience with HR Technologies and systemsExperience in HR operations and an understanding of HR practices and processesStrong understanding of HR regulations and complianceExceptional communication, interpersonal and problem solving skillsStrong stakeholder engagement with the ability to lead cross-functional teamsExperience in change managementAbility to align HR initiatives to organisational objectives and anticipate future HR needsProficient in planning, executing and overseeing projectsFlexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and evolving business needsTertiary education in Human Resources, or similar disciplineAlthough not required the following experience would be highly desirable: Experience with Workday implementationsAdditional InformationWhy Cuscal?At Cuscal, you’ll find a strong, successful company that’s reimagining the future.
