Goldair Handling is one of the leading ground handling companies in South-East Europe recognized for its commitment to operational excellence, safety, and innovation.As part of our ongoing commitment to digital transformation and continuous improvement, our HR Department is enhancing its internal processes to deliver faster, smarter, and more efficient services to our people.We are now seeking a tech-savvy and process-driven HR Workflow Optimization Specialist to join our HR team and play a key role in optimizing and supporting HR systems and workflows across the organization.🌟 About The RoleThe HR Workflow Optimization Specialist will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of digital HR workflows, ensuring seamless and efficient operations within the HR Department.You will be responsible for managing systems such as Jira, supporting HR processes, and providing first-level assistance to team members, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys bringing structure and efficiency to complex HR operations, combining technology and people-focused service.🧭 Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the configuration, maintenance, and daily operation of Jira workflows and other HR systemsMaintain accurate employee data and records across HR systems and databasesProcess employee requests and ensure timely and efficient resolutionDocument HR procedures and assist in preparing guides, manuals, and training materials for HR system usersCollaborate with HR colleagues to ensure that digital workflows remain organized, consistent, and user-friendlyProvide first-level technical support to HR team members for system-related queriesMonitor and analyze workflow performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvementSupport digital HR initiatives, process automation, and system enhancement projectsEnsure compliance with data protection standards (GDPR) and internal security policiesParticipate in HR projects that aim to improve internal communication, service quality, and operational efficiency🎓 Qualifications & ExperienceUniversity degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field2-3 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or similar HR support rolesExcellent command of English (minimum B2 level or equivalent)Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with digital HR tools and databasesPrevious experience with Jira or other workflow/ticketing systems is highly desirable (training will be provided)Good understanding of HR processes, such as onboarding, employee changes, and internal requestsStrong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detailAbility to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of discretion, professionalism, and commitment to data confidentialityA collaborative, proactive, and service-minded approach💡 What You'll BringCuriosity and enthusiasm for digital transformation in HRStrong problem-solving skills and a mindset for optimizationExcellent communication and collaboration skillsThe ability to combine technical precision with people-focused support✈️ Why Join Goldair HandlingAt Goldair Handling, we believe that our people are our strength.
