The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring effective alignment of people strategies with operational goals. This role involves managing employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and supporting HR operations across multiple facility sites.Key Responsibilities:Partner with business heads to drive HR strategies aligned with company objectives.Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally.Oversee manpower planning, transfers, and contract workforce management.Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives.Ensure compliance with the labour laws and company HR policies.Collaborate with recruitment, payroll, and L&D teams to meet business needs.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; MBA preferred.Minimum 12+ years of HR experience, preferably in Facility Management companies in UAE.Strong understanding of the labour law and HR best practices.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
