Job Description

What You´ll Do As the HR Business Partner for the Shanghai manufacturing sites in Adhesive Operations. Strategic partnership with senior leaders to diagnose & formulate imperative solutions on talent topics related to the entire lifecycle from attraction, recruitment, retention & development. Participate in the business management meetings. Lead & manage the Ding-talk Project in China, leverage the support of AO team to drive Production Workforce upskilling, communication and engagement cross AO sites in China. Drive culture transformation and manage internal communications across the responsible areas. Steering the annual & ad-hoc HR topics such as Talent Reviews, Merit, Bonus & promotion reviews. Champion global/regional or country HR initiatives on topics such as Production Workforce Engagement, Employer Reputation, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion etc. Lead & manage Employee Relations issues such as employee disputes, performance issues. Provide leadership & leverage Site HR and HR generalist for overall HR processes, systems related tasks. Create space for innovating & providing HR solutions to talent related challenges in the business. Other HR Project Related work (e.g. M&A, Manufacturing Footprint Optimization etc.). What makes you a good fit Extensive HR Business Partner experience in a global MNC, manufacturing experience is preferred. Proven track record of leading change management, talent development initiatives. In-depth knowledge of China labor law, statutory regulations and HR best practices are must haves. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to handle senior stakeholders and the frontline employees with empathy. Strong interpersonal and active listening skills. A proactive problem-solver, with ownership of projects from start to finish. Must demonstrate passion, dedication, and resilience in addressing challenges. Ability to lead & manage the project and change across. Highly collaborative, agile and open to new ideas.
