About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner - Manager to join our team and serve as a strategic partner to the business. This role is based between Abu Dhabi and Al Ain (with the possibility to travel when needed). As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning people strategy with business goals, driving talent initiatives, and fostering a high-performance culture.Key Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.Lead performance management, succession planning, and career development processes.Support organizational change, culture transformation, and employee relations.Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decisions.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, promoting best HR practices.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.6–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partnering role.Strong understanding of local labor law and HR best practices.Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience working in fast-paced or large corporate environments is an advantage.Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.Why Join Us?This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking organization that values people, innovation, and growth.
