JOB TITLE HRBP Manager for Fashion & AccessoriesREPORTING TO HRBP Director for Fashion & Accessories, Richemont JapanLOCATION Tokyo, JapanMAIN PURPOSEThis position provides Human Resources support and initiatives to the Richemont Japan business with the primary focus on implementing HR practices to contribute to the growth of the business. This position provides professional HR advisory to employees across all levels as their business partner.Key ResponsibilitiesKey responsibility 1: HR PlanningDiscuss and agree with the management forecasting and planning of talent pipeline requirementsContribute to the business strategy by advising business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processesAs HRBP, provide HR specialist advice and direction to the leadersLead/ participate in cross company activities & strategic directionKey responsibility 2: Recruiting & StaffingCreate annual staffing plan with the business and recruiting strategy with Talent AcquisitionEnsure job descriptions are completed and updated for all positionsInterview candidates to appropriately assess their competencies, potential and company fitManage internal transfers to foster effective cross-functional/ global mobilityManage issues in staffing, including termination and redundancy, by minimizing legal riskKey responsibility 3: Performance ManagementImplement performance management practices in line with the central guidelines and Richemont regional guidelinesGuide and coach managers to properly execute annual performance management processProvide advice to managers on handling performance issues and corrective action processKey responsibility 4: Talent Management & DevelopmentImplement annual Career Committee with the management to assess employees’ potential and decide potential rating to identify future talentProvide advice to managers for developing and implementing individual development plansUpdate potential rating and succession data in SAP HR for management reportingAdvise Talent Management/ Learning & Development/ Organization Development any employee development/ organisation development needs to be coveredKey responsibility 5: Compensation & BenefitsExecute the merit and promotional increase processProvide advice on compensation and incentive to the management to add competitive advantageEnsure alignment of compensation & benefits practices with Richemont regional practicesProvide employee feedback on the benefit program to Compensation & BenefitsKey responsibility 6: Employee RelationsImplement HR strategies to drive divisional change initiativesEnsure an open employee communication process and employee and management relationsImprove working environment/ conditions with the divisional managementGive advice to employees across all levels to address/ prevent employee issuesKey responsibility 7: HR AdministrationProviding data to build the implementation of initiatives to increase the efficiency of the organization.Assist and support HRBP team and employees on ad-hoc requirements.Required SkillsUnderstanding of Labour Law, Compensation & Benefit, HR operations, and its hands-on implementation5+ years of HR experience (e.g. TA, HR administration, etc)10+ years of working experience, retail industries experience is preferredFluent Japanese / Business Level EnglishUniversity degreeIntermediate PC skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)Required CompetenciesCommunication skillTeam playerCustomer FocusConfidentialityFlexibilityLearning cultureSelf-managementPassion for fashion
