Tital: HR Business Partner (HRBP) ManagerLocation: Narsapura, Karnataka (Near Bangalore)Employment Type: Full-TimeWork Week: 6 days a week (On-site role)About the RoleWe are looking for a strong HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to manage all HR activities for our manufacturing site in Narsapura. This person will work closely with business leaders to make sure our people practices support business goals and help build an engaging, high-performance culture.This is a leadership role that combines strategy, operations, and people management. The ideal person should enjoy working with teams, solving people challenges, and driving HR excellence on the ground.What You’ll DoLead HR for the site: Be the main HR contact for business leaders and employees. Align people initiatives with company goals.Partner with leadership: Understand business needs and provide HR solutions around workforce planning, talent, and performance.Improve employee experience: Drive engagement, inclusion, and well-being initiatives at the site.Support change and growth: Work on organization design, role changes, and new projects in collaboration with HR centers of excellence (Talent, L&D, Rewards, etc.).Ensure compliance: Make sure all HR practices follow legal, ethical, and Tata Group standards.Develop your team: Guide and coach HR team members, helping them grow their skills and confidence.What You’ll NeedMaster’s degree in HR or Business Administration (MBA preferred).15+ years of experience in HR, in manufacturing or EMS industries.Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to balance strategy with day-to-day execution.Comfortable working in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment.
