This role plays a key part in aligning HR strategies with business goals and fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and future-ready culture. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with IT leadership, provide hands-on HR support, and help deliver transformational initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with IT leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.Support IT managers and employees in areas such as performance management, employee relations, talent development, and succession planning.Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and attract top IT talent.Lead or support organizational change initiatives within the IT division.Act as a liaison between global/regional HR and the local team for program implementation.Ensure compliance with local labor laws, corporate policies, and governance standards.Drive employee engagement and support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives in IT.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR, preferably as an HRBP or HR Generalist.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Experience in a multinational or global corporate setting.Self-starter with a proactive mindset.Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.Preferred QualificationsIn-depth understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance in Japan.Hands-on experience with HRIS or HR software systems.Experience participating in HR projects that align with strategic business goals.Industry experience in financial services, especially insurance, is a plus.BenefitsFlexible working hours with hybrid work stylePaid annual leave, national holidays, and consecutive special leaveFull social insurance coverageCommuting expense reimbursementRefreshment leave and wellness benefits (e.g., travel discounts, English classes)Casual dress codeSupport for working parents, including shortened working hours for parents of young childrenApplication ProcessResume Screening1-2 Rounds of InterviewsFinal Interview with LeadershipOffer & Onboarding
