Lamina Hospital is seeking a Human Resource General Affairs (HRGA) Manager — a strategic yet hands-on leader who can bridge people, policy, and performance. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in both organizational management and facility governance, ensuring that every aspect of HR and General Affairs operates efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with our mission of delivering excellent healthcare services.About the RoleYou will play a pivotal role in shaping a healthy work culture, safeguarding compliance, and ensuring all operational support — from manpower to infrastructure — runs seamlessly.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and evaluate strategic HR and GA programs that align with corporate goals.Oversee all General Affairs operations, including building maintenance, safety, cleanliness, security, and employee facilities.Ensure all legal and labor-related practices comply with current employment laws and company regulations (PP SOP).Lead and develop the HRGA team to deliver excellence in performance and accountability.Oversee recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation benefits, and industrial relations.Monitor workplace safety, health, and environment (K3) programs in coordination with related departments.Manage vendor selection and facility contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.Coordinate and approve employee engagement events such as gatherings, religious programs, and safety talks.Report regularly to top management regarding HRGA performance and organizational development. QualificationEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (S1/S2) in Psychology, HR Management, Law, or related fields.Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in HR/GA functions, with at least 7 years in a managerial role.Preferably experienced in the hospital or healthcare industry.In-depth understanding of labor law, industrial relations, and strategic HR management.Demonstrated ability in team leadership, employee development, and operational governance.Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.Certified HR Professional (CHRM/CHRP) preferred.High integrity, objective, and results-oriented.
