The HR & General Affairs (HR/GA) Officer is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of human resources and office administration activities. This includes recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training, compliance, and managing general affairs such as office facilities, vendor management, and company assets. The role ensures smooth daily operations in alignment with Indonesian labor law and company policies.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR/GA experience in Indonesia.Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus.Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities independently.General characteristicsHigh level of initiative and problem-solving ability.Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.Good coordination skills with technical and administrative teams.Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.Technical responsibilities:Human ResourcesHandle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.Prepare monthly payroll data and ensure timely submission to finance.Administer employee benefits programs (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, insurance, etc.).Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.Manage employee relations, including grievance handling and disciplinary actions.Ensure HR policies comply with Indonesian labor laws and internal regulations.Draft and update HR documentation (contracts, letters, policies, etc.).General AffairsOversee office operations, maintenance, and asset management.Handle vendor and supplier management (office supplies, services, vehicles, etc.).Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for employees.Coordinate company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.Support business licenses, permits, and compliance with local authorities.Oversee safety, health, and environmental (SHE) initiatives in the workplace.Compliance and ReportingEnsure accurate HR data reporting and record-keeping in accordance with company standards.Prepare monthly HR and GA reports for management review.Liaise with government agencies (Disnaker, BPJS, immigration, etc.) as needed.
