Here, you will have the opportunity to join various Financial teams such as Record to Report, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Financial Analysis, and Master Data, supporting European markets and ensuring business growth.Join Us!We are looking for talented professionals to be part of our team, bringing unique skills and perspectives to help us grow even further.Opportunity: Senior HRIS Administrator (Super User)The Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for the configuration, administration, and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). This role ensures that system functionality supports global HR and Payroll processes, compliance requirements, and business objectives. The Senior Systems Administrator will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for EC and ECP, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to maintain system stability, optimize performance, and drive enhancements. This position will possess technical expertise to effectively troubleshoot, understand requirements and recommend and/or partner with AMS to implement new configuration changes, drive conversions and liaise with applicable vendors to identify and resolve technical issues in the system. This position will also work closely with division administrators and manage the security roles and domain assignment for those administrators. This position will also serve as an escalation resource for troubleshooting and customer service support for users. They will be responsible for creating and maintaining policies and procedures for the system, aligning system processes with business needs; leading the direction to ensure customer satisfaction and business success. Configuration experience required. Additionally, they will collaborate with the technical system support team to maintain a service delivery model that provides effective self-service, help desk, and escalation within resource limitations. What will you do?1] Systems Administration and Innovation (30%)Lead the administration of Employee Central (EC), ensuring efficient system performance and continuous improvement.Manage configurations, business rules, and permissions (RBP) while collaborating with our AMS partner.Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new technologies and applying innovative solutions to enhance HR processes.2] Configuration and System Maintenance (20%)Maintain and update business rules, workflows, permissions, and picklists to ensure a seamless user experience.Guarantee that system configurations meet business needs and compliance standards.3] Integration and Data Management (20%)Oversee data flows and integrations between EC and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).Ensure data accuracy for payroll processing and resolve integration issues swiftly.4] Stakeholder Support (15%)Partner with functional teams to align system processes with business goals.Provide expert advice on how technology can support new initiatives and improve efficiency.5] Service Delivery & Troubleshooting (15%)Support a smooth self-service and help desk experience, managing escalations when needed.Develop and maintain efficient system procedures, ensuring quick resolution of technical and transactional issues.What you'll need to succeed?:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field, In lieu of the degree 5 years of experience plus functional experience; 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central administration experience; 3+ years of experience supporting Employee Central Payroll or SAP Payroll (on-remise or cloud). Strong understanding of global HR processes, payroll operations, and compliance requirements. Experience with Role-Based Permissions, workflows, and business rules in SuccessFactors. Experience in project management, system implementation – HR-specific expertise preferred. Experience in a global, complex, multi-country environment. Experience with other SuccessFactors modules (Performance & Goal, Compensation, LMS, etc.) preferred. Knowledge of HR data privacy regulations such as GDPR preferred. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll certification preferred.
