The HRIS Analyst will be a key member of the HRIS team, responsible for supporting associates and HR. This role involves driving HRIS initiatives, supporting annual HR processes, and partnering with the HR Operations team to build a top-tier HRIS platform. This is a full remote position intended to support Costa Rica & Corporate functions.
Main Job ResponsibilitiesSupports and maintains Dayforce HRIS including but not limited to system administration, configuration, and issue resolution. Partners with HRIS Manager and Director of HR Operations to ensure that the application configuration supports business requirements and government mandated changes. Responsible for the review of HRIS system upgrades and patches. Communicate to stakeholders when updates impact overall functionality. Maintains and supports security configuration and management to ensure appropriate control of access to data and system. Responds to ad hoc reporting requests timely, ensuring reporting deadlines are met as expected.
Works with end users by providing training, documentation and support as necessary. Identify and document technically based process improvements that leverage technology and reduce manual efforts. Assists Payroll department on escalated issues with Timekeeping and Payroll processing. Supports and may develop reporting metrics and measurement activities across a wide range of HR activities. Work with HRIS team to configure, test and implement Dayforce modules. Document system configurations, workflows, and procedures. Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2–3 years of hands-on experience working with HR systems. Technical SkillsProficiency in Human Resources software (required). Experience with Ceridian Dayforce (preferred).
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables. KnowledgeFamiliarity with GDPR and data privacy regulations is a plus.
