Our combined share of the Irish automotive market is 25%.Job Vacancy: HRIS Data & Integration Analyst (FTC 18 months)Location: Dublin, IrelandDepartment: Joint HR & IT (aligned with IT governance)Reports to: Group PMOStart Date: Ideally Q4 2025Purpose of the RoleVolkswagen Group Ireland is seeking a skilled HRIS Data & Integration Analyst to support the rollout of SAP SuccessFactors. This fixed-term contract role (18 months) will ensure smooth data migration, testing, and post-go-live alignment between local HR, IT, and VW Group central teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead local data migration activities including template management, cleansing, and validation across all mock cycles.Coordinate with VW Group central IT on interface requirements, system keys, and connection testing.Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including documentation and defect resolution.Provide Tier 1 support for local system and data issues during the hypercare phase.Additional RequirementsStrong business analysis skills: requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and process mapping.Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and support solution design.Experience in documenting business processes and identifying areas for improvement.Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.Contract DetailsType: Fixed-Term Contract (18 months)Start: Q4 2025Location: Dublin, IrelandWorking Model: HybridApplications for the role will close at 5pm on the 4th of November 2025Fair Processing NoticeWhere your application relates to a role at Volkswagen Group Ireland Limited ('VGIE'), VGIE will be the data controller in that regard, and your personal data will be processed for the purposes of your job application.
