About the RoleOur client is seeking an experienced HRIS Operations Specialist to support global HR operations and systems management within a shared services environment. The role will focus on maintaining data integrity, optimizing HR processes, and providing functional support across multiple HR platforms, including Workday, UKG Dimensions, ServiceNow, and Hyland OnBase.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a subject matter expert (SME) in HR systems, understanding integrations, resolving employee issues, and supporting process enhancements.Act as a point of escalation for benefits and retirement-related transactions and inquiries; process vendor files and handle exception reports.Execute HR processes and maintain accurate employee data across HR platforms.Prepare and manage HR-related documents, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.Maintain secure and organized employee records; assist with documentation requests during audits or compliance reviews.Collaborate with internal teams, HR business partners, and external vendors to resolve inquiries and deliver timely HR support.Meet or exceed performance expectations, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Provide operational support for periodic HR programs such as benefits enrollment and other global HR initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in HR operations or HRIS within a shared services or multinational environment.Minimum 2 years of experience in benefits administration (health & welfare, retirement, wellness, etc.).Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG Dimensions, ServiceNow, and Hyland OnBase (or similar systems).Preferred QualificationsCertifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CEBS.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience supporting HR process improvements and system testing.High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with discretion.Why Join This OpportunityWork with a global organization that values operational excellence and continuous improvement.Gain exposure to multiple HR technologies and cross-functional HR processes.Join a collaborative team that supports professional development and system innovation.
