ROLE OVERVIEW: Hartree Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and technically adept HRIS Specialist to join our HR team in South Africa. This full-time role will play a critical part in the operations, implementation, and optimisation of our Oracle HR systems. Working closely with HR leadership, including Fouzia Cassiem, you will support day-to-day system functionality, help drive process improvements, and ensure the effective use of Oracle to meet business and HR needs.RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and ensure the integrity of HR data, system configurations, and workflows.Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT or vendors for resolution.Develop and distribute HR reports and dashboards; provide data analysis and ad-hoc reporting support.Participate in system implementations, upgrades, testing, and documentation.Serve as the main point of contact for HRIS inquiries and provide user training and support.Identify and implement process improvements through automation and system enhancements.Assist in managing vendor relationships and overseeing integrations with other HR and business systems.REQUIREMENTS: Extensive experience with HRIS platforms, specifically Oracle Fusion HCM.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.Based in South Africa; flexibility for onsite or remote work.PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Extensive experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or similar would be advantageous.Advantageous to have Oracle certifications in relevant HR modules.Experience with system implementations or large-scale updates.
