Our goal is to double our revenue within five years and become the world leader in HR digital transformation.YOUR MISSIONSWorking closely with client business teams, you as a Workday Consultant will define and deliver Workday solutions that are fit for purpose.As a Workday Consultant in HR-Path, you’ll be a key part of the team, to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base. You will build relationships with our customers to understand their needsAs Workday Consultant you will also be responsible for providing trainings to the usersThe Workday Consultant can participate in every phase of a Workday implementation from offer to production support and can take up several roles during an implementation, being: Functional Lead, Analyst & Solution Designer, Tester and TrainerNext to the projects the Workday Consultant participates in can lead the development and optimization of our propositions and differentiators to further grow or businessA high level of flexibility is required, including willingness to travel to customer sites or to attend Global eventsYOUR PROFILEExperience in implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions for clientsThe ability to challenge and design HR solutions, in line with client’s expectationsTranslate client’s requirements into possible configuration optionsAdvise customers on solution evolutions as it applies to their implementationDemonstrate functional experience in facilitating workshops, writing design documents, user acceptance testing, providing end-user training of the final solutionDemonstrate and facilitate the customer requirement workshops/sessions to ensure successful deliverables, including the preparation of documentation and presentationsFollow Workday Methodology to ensure implementation modules of a functional solution are adapted to the customer's needsPivotal team player with an excellent attitudePrepare and lead design workshops on the subjects masteredControl and maintain best practice approach, and the highest quality levels of service provided to the clientsDemonstrated effective project experienceEffective prioritization of tasks and managing personal timeExcellent German & English language skills, written, oral and presentationExperience of complete Workday project life cycle is an assetWorkday Core HCM certification, and any other certification would be nice to have : Absence / Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Performance / TalentWHAT WE OFFERA highly stimulating and fulfilling work environment with international deveopmentRapid career growth with numerous opportunities for development (horizontal & vertical): international mobility, training, and certificationA good work-life balance with remote working possibilitiesA good working atmosphere on a daily basis: quarterly team evenings, annual seminarWe are Happy at Work certified and continue to listen to our employees.
