You will be responsible for driving online campaigns, managing social media presence, and generating leads that convert into revenue. 🔹Key ResponsibilitiesDigital MarketingPlan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google). Manage content creation and scheduling across social media platforms. Design and run email marketing campaigns and landing pages.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using SEO, Google Analytics, and other tools. Collaborate with graphic designers to create marketing assets. Manage and update the company website/blog with relevant HR and workforce content. Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business leads across HR outsourcing, recruitment, and payroll services. Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and proposals. Develop business proposals and client pitches tailored to Ghana’s corporate and SME markets. Conduct market research to identify client needs and potential growth areas. Nurture relationships with key decision-makers and HR leaders. Represent HRLeverage Ghana at industry events, expos, and business forums.
🔹RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or business development (HR/consulting industry preferred). Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and CRM tools. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
