Candidates with proven track record of business development, people leadership, and business leadership in recruitment or expert networking related background are highly preferred.
Job responsibilityWork closely with the Regional Director to develop and execute a business strategy that drives growthLead and develop teams to provide high-quality executive search & recruitment services that meet clients' needsSource, hire, train, mentor, manage, and motivate new recruiters to build a strong talent pipelineEstablish and maintain strong relationship with existing business clients, candidates & industry expertsIdentify new business / partnership opportunities relating to recruitment and/or payroll servicesDevelop new relationships with an effort to grow business and help company expand to new areaPlan, organize and execute to assure recruitment project successMonitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curveRequirements5+ years' experience in Recruitment (preferably a 360 + BD role in Recruitment firm) with a bachelor's degree or equivalent in any disciplinesProven track record of strong leadership, achieving targets and driving growthPassionate in people development & stakeholder managementExperience in developing and implementing recruitment strategyStrong business acumen and strategic thinking to meet dynamic business needsExperience in Recruitment business development is highly preferredLess experience candidates will still be considered for Principal/ Senior Consultant.
