Reporting to the Head of Onboarding & Advisory, you will be responsible for supporting the Front Office during the entire life-cycle of the account: from onboarding to account closure. Excellent communication and analytical skills are key, as well as good knowledge of compliance topics. In this role, you will (but not limited to):

Provide advisory support to the Front Office at the account opening and during the account maintenance (about CDD/AML/KYC and Operational Tax related subjects)Collaborate closely with other areas of the Bank in Luxembourg (Legal, Compliance and Risk), CLM advisors and colleagues from other Private Bank Booking CentersLead projects connected to local regulatory or HSBC policy driven changes on KYC and provide support on operational tax issues (QI – FATCA- CRS)Analyze the legal, compliance and operational tax related matters at onboarding and during the life of the account, in line with the local financial and legal requirements and HSBC rulesMonitor the update/completion of clients’ filesYou should apply if you have:

Strong experience in private banking, audit, banking, legal or compliance sectorGood understanding of banking processes and documentsGood knowledge of Compliance topics (mainly AML/KYC and Tax Transparency) and operational tax subjects (QI - FATCA – CRS)Good organizational and time management skillsFluent in English.
