PE Global are delighted to be working with our client, a dedicated data centre delivery partner, and we are pleased to announce we are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Administrator for a large data centre project in Helsinki, Finland.Our client is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. They specialise in providing turnkey data centre solutions, providing services from design, through to construction across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services as well as commissioning.Our client has grown to become the leading and most trusted company in our sector and is the only dedicated Data Centre delivery partner in Europe. They are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight.We are now seeking an experienced Health and Safety Administrator to join the team in Helsinki, Finland. We are looking for a candidate currently based in Finland. Please note, this position is only applicable to candidates who have a valid EU/UK Passport only. There is no visa sponsorship on offer, candidates must have prior EU site based experience.Responsibilities:Assist the HSE Director to help ensure H&S management systems are implemented and maintained across the various sitesMaintain the Company Health & Safety Training Matrix.Regularly review and assist the update Company risk assessments, Safe Operating procedures and Safety Statement.Ensure Health & Safety Statistics are recorded and logged on the relevant systemsAssist with tender Health & Safety documentation.Assist the HSE Director with promoting continuous improvement culture in relation to all health, safety, and environmental work practices.Manage site Health & Safety systems when required to cover annual leave, sick leave etc.Assist in developing PSCS Health & Safety plansBehavioral Safety cards analysis & reportingConduct regular safety audits and inspections, document results and follow up on any corrective actions.Skills/ Qualifications:Relevant third level Certification qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety, Health & Safety NEBOSH certification level qualification.Experience of working on large construction sites.Knowledge of environmental, health and safety legislation.Experience in dealing with Documentation.Experience in working with General Contractors.Flexibility in working patterns where necessary.Good communication Skills.BenefitsWorking on large scale data centre projectsCollaborative team working environmentsCareer progression and development supportedCompetitive salary packages
