Our focus is on working collaboratively with clients to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.The opportunityWe are seeking experienced HSE Advisors to join our construction teams, on-going work, working on major mining, resources and energy transition projects. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to Australia's major projects by ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained across a variety of mining, resources, and energy projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide HSE leadership and support across project sitesConduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and auditsAssist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actionsDeliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training sessionsWork with supervisors, engineers, and client representatives to maintain compliancePromote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset across teamsWe have full-time FIFO positions offering long-term opportunities of ongoing project work.Roster, Location & BenefitsFIFO from Perth to the Pilbara.2:1 roster.12-hour shifts.Competitive Salary Package (Base & Super) + 40% site uplift.Qualifications & ExperienceOHS Construction Card (White Card)Diploma or Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (essential)ICAM or equivalent incident investigation training (preferred)Current Driver's LicencePrevious FIFO construction or resources experience in an HSE roleStrong understanding of relevant legislation, standards, and codes of practiceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomesAbility to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screenTwo contactable work-related referencesApply NowIf you are a motivated HSE professional looking for a long-term FIFO opportunity in the mining, resources, and energy sector, we would like to hear from you.
