With a strong international presence, we are committed to the delivery of tailored and scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and meet our clients needs.Description Post descriptionWe’re looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to join our Auckland Airport Project team, in this complex and dynamic environment. You will be an integral part of our on-site presence, supporting the delivery of health, safety and environmental initiatives and activities, in line with industry standards.About The RoleProvide HSE support across the Project and Operations & Maintenance teams Lead site safety initiatives, actively participate in toolbox talks and pre-start meetings Conduct safety-by-design assessments and ensure compliance with national standards Monitor and report onsite HSE performance Investigate incidents and develop corrective action plans and assist with injury management Liaise with various stakeholders i.e. client, tier 1 contractor, subcontractors and internal teams Uphold industry safety standards in line with legislative requirements Hours: This role is based on site, generally working Mon–Fri (but required flexibility to work weekends and nights as required)Required Profile requiredAbout youRequirementsThe ideal candidate for this position is a confident communicator, who can effectively engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders. You will have a proactive approach and take ownership of this role in order to deliver to H&S requirements. Critical thinking will help you assess complex situations quickly, identify risks and develop practical, compliant solutions.
