HSE Advisor

ISS International S.p.A. is looking for an HSE Advisor for an onshore Oil & Gas project in Algeria, within a high-standard HSE industrial environment.Job DescriptionThe role involves supporting site operations in the implementation and monitoring of HSE management systems across gas production facilities, ensuring compliance with international safety standards and environmental requirements.The position includes coordination with operations teams to maintain high safety performance and support environmental initiatives, including greenhouse gas monitoring and reporting activities.RequirementsProven experience as HSE Manager, HSE Superintendent or Senior HSE Advisor in Oil & Gas facilitiesStrong knowledge of HSE Management Systems and operational safety proceduresExperience with incident investigation, risk assessments and safety auditsFamiliarity with environmental monitoring and GHG managementAbility to work in remote industrial environments and coordinate with multidisciplinary teamsEnglish working proficiencyJob DetailsLocation: Algeria – Desert Area (camp accommodation provided)Duration: 1 year, renewableRotation: 28 days on / 28 days offWorking time: 12 hours/day – 7 days/weekAvailability: May 2026Interested professionals are invited to apply.
